Our spacious, step-free studio is entirely on one level, offering both comfort and accessibility. Perfect for relaxing, recovering, or simply recharging. Pets are welcome. The space Are you looking for an oasis of peace, space, and comfort, nestled in nature? Then you'll quickly feel at home in our studio. Here, you can fully relax, recharge, and find inspiration. Our location offers ample space, yet is safe and sheltered, respecting your privacy. From this serene environment, you can explore the beautiful nature at your own pace. For dogs and their owners, it's a true paradise. Your loyal companion can run freely, walk with you, play, and rest, far from traffic and hustle. We are located in the heart of the Pyrenees, yet easily accessible. From the A64, take the Lannemezan exit, where you’ll find the train station, market, and other facilities. From here, it’s only a 14-minute drive to the house. This modern apartment is brand new, perfectly clean, and has a private entrance. In summer, it stays pleasantly cool, and in winter, underfloor heating provides a comfortable temperature. It is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, internet/TV, Wi-Fi, and excellent 5G reception. This studio is ideal for one or two adults. An extra crib or child’s bed for a baby or older child can be added free of charge. All comforts in a rural setting, with a large, well-made bed, a nice glass of wine, and everything else you could wish for. In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous good and affordable restaurants, so you can also enjoy a lovely dinner or lunch elsewhere. Guest access The area offers beautiful views and a rich plant and wildlife. Whether you come to relax, barbecue in the orchard, or read while listening to birdsong and the soothing murmur of water, you will find ultimate peace here. The original main house, built in 1838, is surrounded by a park with stately oaks and many fruit trees, located in a private 6-hectare nature area. The 'Gers', a clear babbling brook, flows along the house and invites you to bathe and play on a small beach. You can also fish here, although trout can sometimes be tricky to catch. Thanks to the rolling landscape and the absence of stagnant water, there are almost no mosquitoes. Many animals regularly come here to quench their thirst. Further downstream, the river, with its gentle curves and beautiful surroundings, is popular for canoeing. For dogs and pet owners, it's a true paradise. Your loyal four-legged friends can run freely, walk with you, play, and rest, far from traffic and hustle. Other things to note All kinds of pets, big and small, are warmly welcomed by arrangement. This studio is ideal for one or two adults. An extra crib or child’s bed for a baby or older child can easily be added. Smoking and vaping are not allowed here, both indoors and outdoors; we maintain a 100% smoke-free environment.
