Our place is a safe, authentic Puerto Rican experience. This is not a gated resort, but in a local community. Our building has 12 condos. Nine of them are occupied and 3 need extensive work. We are close to many swimming beaches and walking distance to downtown restaurants, ice cream, and shopping . Across the street from awesome surfing! We are in a great location for Sunrise and Sunsets! Enjoy the ocean walk; approximately 2 miles of sidewalk that locals come to exercise!
