Quiet and safe, gated apartment within 5 mins walk from Waterloo and south bank. 5 minutes walk from Waterloo and Southwark tube stations and easy access walking to Covent Garden and soho, borough market and Westminster. The space Great sized flat in an excellent location perfect for seeing all London has to offer. This is my home that I live in so bear that in mind when booking. This isn’t an empty flat and has my belongings in it and I will be around most of the time.This is a family home that I am very happy to share with travellers who want an authentic London experience in a great location for sightseeing. I get the flat professionally cleaned before every stay but this is a grade 2 listed property with the quirks that go along with that. I have done a lot of work myself, so finishes on things aren’t to a hotel standard-please be kind! I charge a very cheap fee for where I am. I like to share my home with people who love to travel. If you have any issues with cleanliness, the flat, your room let me know and I’ll do my best to help. Don’t wait until review time and then annihilate me-that’s not helpful for anyone. Please feel free to use kitchen to cook and eat. You can come and go as you please. There is no curfew. Please keep the keys with you as the fob is for the gate downstairs this flat is up 4 flights of stairs During your stay Contact me on Airbnb or if I’m in then just come and chat Other things to note Check in can’t be after 10pm on the first day as I have to manually open the gate on your first day before you can get the keys. Keep the keys with you once collected as the fob for the gate is on them then you can come and go as you please. If you are looking for a pristine brand new hotel like stay then do not stay here. This is a lived in family home. I work full time doing long shifts and my daughter is 12 so I do not keep everything spotlessly clean every day. I pay a cleaner to come before check in and the whole place is cleaned deeply but during your stay I won’t be cleaning everything every day to a high standard as I may be out for 13 hrs and tired. Things are old and fixtures and fittings aren’t the newest but I’ve done my best to make it pleasant and welcoming and homely for people. I charge less than half of the going rate for similar properties in my area exactly for this reason so I would appreciate guests who realise this and are happy to stay in a fabulously located flat with all mod cons-then you are welcome! The heating is on in the evening and mornings but there is a separate heater in your room that you can use whenever you like
