Comfortable Cabin by 101 Marina

Enjoy everything the lake has to offer at the stylish newly renovated cabin. Located on 101 highway 1/4 mile to 101 Marina. There are two spots to park and a circle drive. We welcome long term stays for guests and professionals who want a safe quiet setting to relax. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Other things to note The laundry is located in a separate building on the property. It does require a key code to enter. Please consult the house manual on instruction for laundry house use. Detergent and softener is not provided. Cleaning fees are firm. Short lengths of stay do not decrease the fee. This is due to my commitment to provide a very clean space for each guest. My cleaning procedure will not change if you have a short length of stay. I will clean all areas again even if a guest is only in the apartment a short period of time. It’s the only way I can ensure the next guest will not have an unexpected or unpleasant experience. We reserve the right to charge an extra $25 cleaning fee for long term stays (8 nights or longer). This charge is determined based on the condition of the cabin when checking out. The charge is sent after check out, Airbnb will send an email requesting the fee.
