With panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and Torreblanca, as well as proximity to the beach and restaurants, Casa Bella Vista is the ultimate choice for a relaxing and lovely vacation with family and friends Casa Bella Vista is part of Villa Bella Vista and accommodates 7 adults. Villa Bella Vista consists of two separate accommodations with their own entrances - Casa Bella Vista and La Casita Bella Vista (capacity for 3 people). If you rent Casa Bella Vista, La Casita Bella Vista is closed and the house & pool remain completely private. The house was renovated in 2023 and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all rooms. Outside there are two street parking spaces belonging to the property. Casa Bella Vista consists of three floors and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open-plan kitchen/living room - Bedroom 1: The room has a double bed of 180 * 200 cm, a private bathroom with both bathtub & shower as well as a terrace with panoramic views of the glittering blue Mediterranean Sea and the majestic mountains. There is a TV with Chromecast and streaming services, as well as a desk with printer and a spacious wardrobe. In this room there is also a travel bed for infants as well as an extra 90 * 200 cm IKEA bed mattress that can be used if necessary. - Bedroom 2: The room has a double bed of 160 * 200 cm and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the pool and the sun deck. There is also a TV with Chromecast and access to streaming services. The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the form of four closets. You will find a safety box for storing valuables in one of the closets. - Bedroom 3: Offers a 90 * 190 cm bed and wardrobe. - Bedroom 4: Offers a 90 * 200 cm bed, a table with chair and a dresser. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share a spacious bathroom complete with shower and washing machine/dryer and sink. - Kitchen/living room: The kitchen and living room are ultra-modern and elegantly decorated and have an open floor plan with panoramic windows. From the adjoining balcony, you can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool below. The dining room table comfortably accommodates eight people. The living room is the heart of La Casa Bella and offers a generous sofa set complemented by a 75-inch TV connected to streaming services such as Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and Disney, giving a cinematic feel. POOL AREA: On the ground floor is the pool area, complete with an outdoor shower and a toilet. There is also an outdoor kitchen with running water and a refrigerator, as well as two grills - a gas grill and a charcoal grill. The pool area is generously equipped with outdoor furniture and can accommodate up to 10 people to enjoy meals together The sun deck provides pleasant shade over the outdoor kitchen during hot summer days, and one of the dining tables is equipped with a parasol for extra comfort. The pool area also has a cozy corner, perfect for relaxing days in the sun or to enjoy a moment's reading. The pool is child-friendly with stairs leading down into the pool and in the storage room there are also two high chairs that can be used freely. The property has a total of four high chairs available. There are also children's toys available for children aged 0-5 years. Below the house you will also find a playground, an outdoor gym and a basketball court where the whole family can have fun together. BAR & SUN DECK Between the first and second floor you will find a spacious sun deck with sun loungers as well as a bar equipped with a refrigerator, perfect for lazy and relaxing days in the sun or some evening festivities. Casa Bella Vista is located just 1.8 km from one of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, Playa Torreblanca/Carvajal. The beach is wide, has soft sand and is very child-friendly. In summer, Shuttlebus No. 5 goes every 15 minutes to the beach. Children under the age of 6 go free, while an adult ticket only costs 1.20 euros. The bus stop is right across the street from the playground, Parque Europa (about 300 meters from the house).
