Private Chalet with Hot Tub, Fire Pit & BBQ

Waterfront chalet (not the Lac Sergent, but a small artificial lake) features a central indoor fireplace, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and air hockey for family entertainment. Located 50 minutes from Québec City in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, the home offers a backyard surrounded by forests and rivers. The space The Caribou offers you great tranquility.On the first floor is the dining room with an 8-seater table and an island that can accommodate 3 additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes and utensils, a set of cookware, coffee maker and other amenities. We also find a living room with a television and a bathroom including the laundry room. In the center of this open concept ground floor is a central, wood-burning four-sided fireplace. A first bedroom with a queen-size bed is also located there. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms and a bathroom. The central bedroom with its two queen beds and its balcony. From there, you will have access to a bedroom with a single bunk bed, ideal for children. The third bedroom has a queen bed to accommodate two more people. At this floor you will also find an air hockey table. Finally, the fourth bedroom is accessed through the main upstairs bedroom and is not completely private. It features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making it an ideal sleeping space for children. Outside, you have acces to a private spa, a large terrace with a patio set and a BBQ during the summer season. You can relax by the water's edge on summer days or simply enjoy a beautiful view from your room's balcony. *This chalet can ideally accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. Other things to note If you bring a dog to the cottage, it is important to follow these rules: -The animal must never be left unattended and/or alone in the accommodation. -The animal must be tied up at all times when it is outside the cottage. (Please provide the necessary equipment for this purpose) -It is important that the animal does not make any noise (no barking or screaming that could disturb the neighbors). -Comply with municipal regulations concerning animals. -Do not allow the animal to climb on sofas and beds. -Pick up all animal waste, both inside and outside. -Be responsible for all costs related to damage caused by the animal. Please note that the BBQ, outside fire area and watercrafts are available only during summer time. The chalet is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit.
