Floating Free invites them to step into–or even sleep among–the clouds. Through his work, Phillip questions the delicate balance between play and responsibility regarding our environments. While releasing balloons may seem captivating, they can pollute remote places and endanger wildlife. This mural aims to inspire contemplation of our complex relationship with nature and wonder.
