Ideal for relaxing or even detox&active holidays; within the complex there is an heated swimming pool and a tennis court. In 5 or 10 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Gran Canaria. In addition, just outside the entrance to the residence is a path called Palmeral Noruego for beautiful, scenic trekking walks. The space The apartment is on the highest floor of the Malibu complex and needs no stairs or lift to access it. It has app-based access, so you don't need a key to get in. It consists of a double bedroom and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a comfortable double sofa bed; both rooms have glass doors leading onto the beautiful terrace with a view of the hill, equipped with a table for 4 people, outdoor sofas and curtains to shelter from the sun if necessary, to make the most of this space. There is a bathroom with a large shower, equipped with a toilet with little shower and washing machine, a hallway with wardrobe, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The measurements of the sofa bed: width - 140 cm, length - 204 cm. The double bed is made up of two single beds joined together, is very large and can possibly be divided. There is also a reception desk. Guest access In the residence there is an heated swimming pool with a sea view and a tennis court for free use, a table tennis table and a gymnasium, free as well. Other things to note Self check-in via code and app Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., for arrivals beyond this time, an additional amount of 40 euros is expected.
