There are few live plants that are like our babies, please don't touch them or pluck their leaves. While checkout please secure the gates and lock up all the door before leaving the property. We expect our guests to follow all the house rules. ~ we don’t have car parking at this property. HOUSE RULES No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, especially in the bedroom area. No Drinking: Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the premises. No Partying: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. No Third-Party Bookings: Only guests who have booked are allowed to stay. Late Check-Out: A fine of 1000 rupees will be charged for late check-outs without prior approval. No Extra Guests: Additional guests are not allowed without prior information. Damage Policy: Damaging furniture or electronics will result in a fine of 10000 rupees. No Illegal Activity: Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. Dirty Dishes: Leaving dirty dishes will attract a fine of 500 rupees. Losing keys will attract a fine of 400. Please lock up all door and collapsible gate and put the keys back in the lock box’s. Switching off the WiFi is strictly prohibited. Switch off all other electronic appliances at checkout.
