Each apartment has a maximum allowed capacity, including children/infants: Apartment number 1: maximum 8 people Apartment Number 2: Maximum 4 people Apartment number 3: maximum 5 people Apartment number 4: maximum 7 people Apartment number 5: maximum 7 people It is perfect for 5 family groups or friends as they can all be together in the same building. Our guests have a communal terrace where they can enjoy the views of the Lanuza reservoir and the mountain. Guest access The building has a ski storage closet in the entrance hall area for apartments N2, N3, N4, and N5. Communal terrace with wonderful views of the Lanuza reservoir. We do not have reception service. There is no daily cleaning. We accept pets: Maximum of 1 pet per apartment. In the snowy season, it is advisable to use chains or winter tires. When it snows and the road becomes difficult, you are required to use chains (metal or fabric) or approved winter tires in order to drive.
