We still have belongings and a car here so Garage and family room not included. No smoking or vaping, no pets please. The space This is a three bedroom home that currently has two beds. The living room sectional has three recliners. Guest access Downstairs areas (family room and laundry room) and garage are not included. The driveway is rather steep so plan accordingly during extreme weather. There are three steps up from the driveway to the walkway and three steps up to the front entrance. The walkway and entrance are lit at night. There is a smart lock on the entrance and you will receive the code after booking. It does lock automatically after one minute so be sure to manually unlock before closing. Other things to note Our place is NOT CHILDPROOF AND NOT APPROPRIATE FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS. There is an open stairway with no support for baby gates even if you bring your own. There are no outlet covers and no cabinet locks where there are cleaning supplies. The deck is 8’ off the ground and has room for a determined child to squeeze through the ballisters. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO STAY HER IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN.
