This stylish home is both comfortable and inviting, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two private bedrooms—plus a spacious backyard perfect for unwinding. After a day of exploring Southern Colorado, rejuvenate with a hot shower and sink into a restful bed. Note: The home is located near First Street, which can get busy during peak hours due to nearby university, hospital, and local traffic. The space This is a charming older home, and guests often mention its unique character! While it may show its age in some areas, it’s cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Entire House Includes: Front Mudroom Perfect for coats, shoes, or dropping bags before entering the main space. Living Room The central heat is located here. Use the thermostat on the wall above the couch to adjust temperature. (Note: the system is older and may take a few minutes to respond.) Please help us conserve energy by turning down the heat or AC when you leave, and keep doors/windows closed when in use. Washer & Dryer You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay! • Please do not wash bedding, towels, blankets, or bulky items (like sleeping bags)—we’ll handle those for you. • Shake out sandy clothing before washing. • One detergent pod is provided. Bedroom 1 Queen-size bed + closet, located near the front of the house. Bathroom Clawfoot tub with shower (not a walk-in). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Bedroom 2 Queen-size bed + closet, located at the back of the house. Kitchen Lightly stocked with essentials: • Pots, pans, baking sheet, strainer, cutting board, utensils, bowls, plates, mugs • Appliances: Refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave • Extras: Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil Back Mudroom Includes dog bowls and access to the fully fenced backyard—great for pets or a bit of outdoor relaxation. Guest access Enter through the blue front door—the code will be provided upon arrival. To lock the door from the outside, press and hold the # button. You have 1 free designated parking spot in the driveway in front of the house (Unit 29). If you have more than one vehicle, free street parking is also available in front of the house—no pass needed. Other things to note This home is in a central location, just down the street from Adams State University and close to local restaurants, coffee shops, and conveniences. It’s also a great home base for exploring Zapata Falls, the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Colorado Gator Reptile Park, and nearby hot springs. .During the warmer months, especially in summer and fall, a few seasonal bugs may try to sneak inside. I do my best to keep them out and appreciate your understanding.
