Double garage can fit upto 2 standard size vehicles for a minimal fee of $50 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. Laundry machines and scent-free detergent can be found inside the kitchen closet (behind white bi-fold doors) for your convenience, as well as instructions for use. *Please note that all towels, beddings (including duvets, blankets) and bath mats are washed and replaced prior to your arrival. A house manual with detailed information will be available upon check-in. Your door code to the entire house will activate at check-in time (4pm), and deactivate at check-out time (11am). Requests are welcome upto 2 days prior, and may depend on availability. Your door code will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number that is associated with your booking account. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property. 5. NO outside shoes indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front/back doors. Thick socks and house slippers are recommended indoors. 6. Only REGISTERED guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation. 7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all dishes are washed and put away (or load into dishwasher and run a cycle), trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into respectful bins in the backyard), and the property is left in good condition.
