Guest access Enjoy the entire main floor and fenced backyard. Access to basement is restricted at this time. There is NO ONE else occupying the home, and you have full privacy indoors. Double garage can fit upto 2 standard size vehicles for a minimal fee of $50 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. Laundry machines and scent-free detergent can be found inside the kitchen closet (behind white bi-fold doors) for your convenience, as well as instructions for use. *Please note that all towels, beddings (including duvets, blankets) and bath mats are washed and replaced prior to your arrival. A house manual with detailed information will be available upon check-in. Your door code to the entire house will activate at check-in time (4pm), and deactivate at check-out time (11am). Requests are welcome upto 2 days prior, and may depend on availability. Your door code will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number that is associated with your booking account. Other things to note Baby highchair, changing pad and foldable crib are available upon request. We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay, so please take a moment to review our HOUSE RULES. By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees. 1. NO Smoking: Smoking, vaping, cannabis-use is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees. 2. NO Parties: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings to respect our neighbours and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighbourhood. 3. NO Pets: While we love animals, we do not allow pets in the house. This is to ensure the comfort of all guests, including those with allergies. 4. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property. 5. NO outside shoes indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front/back doors. Thick socks and house slippers are recommended indoors. 6. Only REGISTERED guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation. 7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all dishes are washed and put away (or load into dishwasher and run a cycle), trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into respectful bins in the backyard), and the property is left in good condition.
