House in the heart of Bergen op Zoom The space During my vacations, I rent out my beautiful city apartment, located in the historic city center of Bergen op Zoom. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, a kitchen, a toilet and a room with 2 single sofa beds. A steep staircase leads to the second floor, which has 2 bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, double sink, washing machine and dryer At the rear of the house is a cozy courtyard with a lounge set and a rear exit. You can use the BBQ There is a garage box available near the house where you can park 1 car for free. The house is also located in a paid parking zone. The location is within walking distance of the attractions of Bergen op Zoom, restaurants, supermarket, and train station. C EPC Guest access The house is accessible by means of a key available in the key box Other things to note A few days before your arrival, I will send you the exact location + code of the lockbox located next to the back door. To close the doors, you need to push the handles up. You can park your car behind the house against the gray wall. Keep the house in good condition. Items that are broken after rental + extremely dirty will be charged additionally Fondue and gourmet are NOT allowed After using the wood-burning stove + BBQ, these must be left clean Check-in: 2 pm Check out: 10 a.m. Pets are NOT allowed.
