10 minutes from Sens and 1.5 hours from Paris, this charming renovated house of 48 m² is ideal for a pleasant stay. It has two single bedrooms, a living area with integrated kitchen & office space, as well as a shower room and toilet. The entrance is independent, on the same level as the street, the house is adjoining our home. Guests can park up to two vehicles in our parking lot. Access to the adjoining garden is not available. CLEANING NOT INCLUDED The space Discover this newly renovated accommodation, located in an old farm. It consists of: - A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed - A second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed - A fully equipped open kitchen with oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, traditional coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking. - A bathroom, toilet and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Please note that there is no access to the garden at this time and that smoking in the accommodation is prohibited. CLEANING WILL BE DONE BY YOU Guest access The entrance is on the street side, and a lockbox is available to collect the keys. Access to the garden is currently unavailable.
