Summer cottage on the seafront.

Lovely summer cottage on the seafront with own key and direct acces to small sandy beach. 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, 2 sittingpooms, work space, indoor dining for 10. Great for relasation, bathing and fishing. Three terraces. Stairs to the key from two of the terraces. Safe space for small children and the rear side of the cotttage with sandpin and swings. Nice grill, and outdoor washing tub next to outdoor dining table. Cottage is close to both Kristiansand and Mandal. The space The cottage is accessable by car and close to the main North Sea costal Road. The cottage has a lawn in from and at the bcask of the cottage for playing and sunbathing. In addition there are three terrraces, a long private key and access to a small boat and kayaks. The cottage is fully served with electicity, water and wastewater as well at interneyt and wifi. Satelite TV is also available. Note: The wasteewater is collected in a contained tank and have to be emplied when full. That is costly so we urge guests tu ise outdoor showers and washing basis for manyal dishwashing. If indoor showers wasts to be used then emptying charges for the 6 m3 tank will have to be charged. The cottage is beautifully located in a quitet rural setting in a small fjord in southern Norway. Guest access The guests can use the whole cottage ecxcept the locked workshop in the downstairs basement. In the basement ther is firewook and miscelaneous euqipment if needed. Of the three boats moored aslong the key only the "Askeladden" with a 6 hp m outboard engine is available for the use of guests. Other things to note Bedding and Towels: The guests brings stheri own bedding, including sheets, duve covers and pillocases for all beds to be used. Since the wastewater system is a cealed 6m3 tank, wastewater for the tank should be minimised. Wastewater is emptied by exhauster. The cottage has therefore no dishwasher nor dishwashing machine. Use of outdoor shower and dishwashing (óutside dishwashing racility) is should be used if at all possible.
