Other things to note TERMS AND CONDITIONS Once the booking is confirmed, the guest is automatically agreeing to these following terms: 1. Check-in Time is 2:00 PM & Check-out Time is 12:00 noon. Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the management. 2. The management is not responsible for lost or misplaced items in the vicinity. 3. Extension of current stay shall be subjected to room availability and rate adjustments. 4. Pets are not allowed inside both rooms. Violations will result in a fine equal to the full room rate for the stay. 5. Smoking inside both rooms and bathrooms is not allowed, a deep cleaning surcharge of Php 5000 shall be applied. 6. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items (stained linens, damaged furniture, appliances) in their room or any internal/external areas of the resort. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors. Charge will depend on the amount of the damaged item. 7. Guest/Visitors do so at their own risk and that the Resort Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage. 8. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by themselves, their visitor(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible. 9. A.P.R. Private Resort shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the resort premises. 10. Visitors are not permitted inside the resort premises after 10:00 PM. 11. Photo ID proof issued by the government is compulsory for the guest who booked the resort to present upon check-in. 12. No using, bringing of illegal drugs and paraphernalia. All offenders will be reported to the authority immediately. 13. Quiet hours must be observed and respected upon the guests’ stay. 14. All house rules must be obeyed by the guests during their stay. 15. I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the resort and agree to abide by them.
