The space Delfín apartment is located on floor #3 and being so close to the sea, we do not have elevators. You will have hot water, beds with enviable comfort, a water purifier and air conditioning in the main room. The secondary room has a standing fan. We have internet , smart TV (living room and main room) both with TV cable which makes you have a high speed internet experience. Sound equipment, microphones for karaoke and electric grill (upon request). We have 1 indoor parking space. We have installed a high pressure water pump, so the pressure to wash dishes, showers, toilets, etc is excellent. Includes: Hygienic papers, bedclothes, towels and welcome bathroom amenities. We do not provide kitchen supplies, so we recommend that they bring paper towels, dish dryers, oils, sweeteners and condiments. In winter season we will place you frazadas. Pool Considerations: It is located in common area and is accessed through reservation. The reservation is made once you are in the accommodation and in coordination with the porter's staff. Once booked it will be for your exclusive use for 1 hour and 30 minutes. (this time could be extended in case there are no more reservations). Pool opening hours are from 9am to 7pm. We invite you to review the pool usage rules in the rules section of Airbnb. You will also receive the coexistence manual once you book. Maintenance days are on Tuesdays, with reopening on Wednesdays at 9:00 AM. Listing considerations: We do not attend between 1pm and 2pm. Therefore, you will need to arrive at the time of your Check-in. In case you arrive before the Check-in time, you will need to inform us in advance in order to help you with the accesses. From the 3rd guest there is an additional fee of 20 soles per night and per guest. (this payment is already included in your reservation, therefore you will not have to pay more).
