The space We hope you will enjoy our newly remodeled garden apartment. We have worked hard to ensure that our 700 square foot open concept studio is comfortable, clean, cute and supplied with all the basic necessities. We are happy to be able to offer you plush mattresses, plentiful blankets and pillows, and cozy cotton sheets. We don’t allow pets in the space, so all our guests have an allergy-free experience. Since this unit is part of a three flat house, you will hear noises upstairs and around the property. You might even get a window view of our hens hanging out. If you're looking for an isolated experience where you do not see or hear other guests or residents (or a random cluck here and there), this space is not for you. For sleeping, we have three beds: - Sleeping area: 1 king and 1 queen - Living area: 1 pullout couch, full size We live in the top unit, which is convenient if you need anything during your stay. This rental comes with 1 parking spot behind the house. Extra cars can park about half a block away. *Hummingbird Properties* Guest access The apartment is easily accessed through a shared back door with an electric lock.
