Parking Location Parking is located under the building opposite the lobby, and guests may park in any open space. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle. While you will have full access to the condo and resort amenities, the front desk and property management are operated by the condominium association. Age Requirement The primary guest making the reservation must be 21 years or older in accordance with HOA guidelines. No Pets / No Smoking This is a non-smoking, pet-free condo per HOA rules.
