This comfortable , spacious family apartment is on the third floor of a family house. It was made with a lot of love and attention by owner itself who decided to rent it to other people so that they can enjoy this space and breathtaking view from the terrace. Outside furniture on the Sea View balcony and view from the living room as well as from one of the bedrooms are just additional advantages of the incredible flat. The space The apartment is perfect for a family, couple, or group of friends looking for a high standard accommodation allowing them to enjoy the sea and mountains from the comfort of their living room. All rooms of the apartment have air conditioning, heating and high-speed WiFi. Balcony There are two balconies and both with sea view.The first one is at the very entrance into the apartment and loooks more as a private terrace than a balcony while the other one is connected with the living room . A long balcony with a private outdoor furniture has breathtaking view over the bay. LIVING ROOM The cozy living room consists of aa comfortable sofa , smartTV with international channels and a table. The sofa in the living room can be opened into an additional sofa bed for one more person as the apartment can accommodate maximum five persons in total. LOCATION The place is located in a quiet area of Dobrota . To get to Old Town Kotor it’s a 3 min drive. The sea area and city beach are just 5 min walking using the shortcut road. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a full-size refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooktop and oven, in addition to other modern kitchen amenities such as a coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining table with chairs. BEDROOMS Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, the highest quality mattress, separate wardrobes, and nightstands. however, in one of the bedrooms, the super king-size bed can be separated into two single beds, so the guest should know that this option is also possible. BATHROOM The bathroom includes shower, mirror and a washing machine. Towels and body soap will be provided. LOCATION The place is located in a quiet area of Dobrota . To get to Old Town Kotor it’s a 4 min drive. There is a small supermarket and a little bakery just 5 minutes walking from the apartment (uphill back) PARKING The Apartment has its own free private parking spot in front of the building, which is accessible directly from the main road .
