Guest access Guests at our casita have access to their private living spaces, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. These areas are exclusively theirs during their stay, providing a comfortable and private retreat. Additionally, guests have access to the shared common areas of the RV Resort. This includes amenities such as lakes, ponds, walking trails, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, and laundry facilities. There are daily activities in which guests are welcome to participate. These common areas offer opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and socializing with other guests if desired. Overall, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy and comfort of their own casita, as well as the shared amenities and community atmosphere of the RV Resort. Other things to note Some special things to note about our property include: Adults-Only Park: Our casita is located in an adults-only park, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for guests looking to relax and unwind. Age Requirement/Seasonal Exception: Guests must be 21 or older to stay at our property, except for the period between May 1 and September 30, when the park is open to guests with younger children. Pet Policy: If you are checking in with a pet, a refundable $500 deposit is required. This deposit will be collected by The Lakes at St. David RV Resort. Following your stay, if no pet-related damage is found after cleaning and inspection, the deposit will be refunded within 48 business hours.
