First floor apartment with 4 beds (outside smoking)

Fully furnished apartment with 4 beds, with washer and dryer and keypad access for easy check-in If you should smoke, we have seating in front of the house with ashtrays, as smoking is prohibited indoors. The space You can see in my picture a space grid that shows you the rooms and sizes. Guest access On top of the basement appartement we also have a laundry room with recycle station for guest use as well as the outside area directly in front of the appartment. Chairs/Table and a barbeque are available for use (they are stored away from rain and will just have to be moved to the lawn area by the guest).
