First floor apartment with 4 beds (outside smoking)

Fully furnished apartment with 4 beds, washing machine and dryer, and keypad access for easy check-in If you smoke, we have seating with ashtrays in front of the house, as smoking is prohibited indoors. There is 1 parking space in front of the house. If you are coming with more than one car, please let me know so that I can send you information on where to find on-street parking without getting towed. The space You can see in my picture a space grid that shows you the rooms and sizes. Guest access On top of the basement appartement we also have a laundry room with recycle station for guest use as well as the outside area directly in front of the appartment. Chairs/Table and a barbeque are available for use (they are stored away from rain and will just have to be moved to the lawn area by the guest). Other things to note We have a strict NO SMOKING inside policy. Out of respect for future guests I am relying on guests to accept this policy and smoke outside. I have arranged a seating area that is covered with ashtray for smokers. If you decide to disregard this, I will have to charge a fee of $500 to hire someone for odor removal and for not being able to rent put the apartment for the duration of smoke elimination.
