Conserve Electricity & Water Please help us avoid waste by turning off all unused lights, air conditioners, taps, and electrical appliances. 2. House Rules
For the comfort and safety of everyone, we kindly enforce the following: a) Occupancy Limit: The occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Only staying guests are permitted in the property; visitors are not allowed for security and privacy reasons. b) No Smoking or Vaping indoors. c) No parties, events, or loud gatherings. d) No pets are allowed. e) No shoes inside the house. f) No Commercial Photography/Videography: Commercial photography or videography, including pre-wedding shoots, is prohibited without prior approval from the host. 3. Noise & Sound Considerations
Our homestay is built primarily from wood, which offers a cozy atmosphere but means soundproofing is limited. Please be mindful of your noise levels, especially during the evening and early morning hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all. 4. Kitchen Use a) Light cooking only. Please avoid preparing foods with strong, lingering odours. b) The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a toaster, and starter condiments (salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, and brown sugar). c) We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. 5. Food & Drinks
To maintain cleanliness and prevent spills, please consume all food and beverages in the shared dining area, not in the bedrooms. Durian is strictly prohibited indoors; you may enjoy it on the patio or porch. 6. Laundry
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, along with washing detergent. To avoid disturbing other guests, please do not use the laundry machines after 8:00 PM. 7. First Aid Kit
For your safety, a first aid kit is located in the 3-tier open wooden cabinet just outside the bedrooms. 8. Ironing An iron and ironing board are available upon request. For safety and to prevent damage, the iron must only be used on the ironing board. 9. Be a Good Neighbour Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM and avoid any disruptive behaviour. 10. Damages
