Hi, I'm Elaine, a designer who loves sharing experiences and meeting new people. House Name: The Petrichor Your Room: Private loft bedroom with attached bathroom, queen-size bed & two super single beds(up to 4 guests) Note: My husband and I will stay in the upstairs bedroom(1st floor), while your room and other rented rooms are on the ground floor. The house is cozy and welcoming! You’re free to use all common areas—just please treat shared spaces and others’ belongings with respect. The space To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, including our neighbours, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review the following guidelines 1.⁠ ⁠Conserve Electricity & Water Please switch off lights, air conditioners, taps, and appliances when not in use. 2.⁠ ⁠House Rules For everyone’s comfort and safety: •⁠ ⁠Only registered guests are allowed (no visitors) •⁠ ⁠No smoking or vaping indoors •⁠ ⁠No parties or loud gatherings •⁠ ⁠No pets •⁠ ⁠No shoes inside the house •⁠ ⁠No commercial photography/videography without prior approval 3. Noise Consideration Our home is mainly built of wood, so sound travels easily. Kindly keep noise low, especially in the evenings and early mornings. 4.⁠ ⁠Kitchen Use •⁠ ⁠Light cooking only (no strong-smelling food) •⁠ ⁠Basic utensils and condiments are provided •⁠ ⁠Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are available 5.⁠ ⁠Food & Drinks Please enjoy food in the dining area only. Durian is not allowed indoors (you may enjoy it outside). 6.⁠ ⁠Laundry Washer, dryer, and detergent are provided. Kindly avoid using them after 8:00 PM. 7.⁠ ⁠General •⁠ ⁠First aid kit is located outside the bedrooms •⁠ ⁠Iron available upon request (use on ironing board only) •⁠ ⁠Please be respectful to neighbours and keep noise low after 9:00 PM •⁠ ⁠Guests are responsible for any damages Finally We truly appreciate your help in keeping the house clean and cosy. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICES 1. The installation of tents or canopies on the lawn or in any outdoor area is strictly prohibited. 2. The use of fireworks and firecrackers is strictly forbidden. 3. We offer event packages for occasions such as garden weddings, the use of a bridal preparation house (新娘出嫁屋), family gatherings, birthday parties, wedding receptions, retreats and others. Prior declaration and approval for any event are mandatory.
