Local produce sales nearby Dogs welcome, secure yard, please clean up after them. Boat ramp 2km away, so bring your water toys. Do note - we don’t have linen for the portacot so please bring your own for bubs. Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge-dining area and all bedrooms for year round comfort. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. Roller shutters for added comfort and security Full kitchen with dishwasher. Rain water on filtered tap. Soda stream. Coffee pod machine uses Nespresso pods. Sample supplied only, so bring your own favourite pods to enjoy. Alfresco area out back with lawned area secure and safe for kids and dog to play. Beautiful views of the almond orchard behind us. Doggie door, water and feeding containers and pet mattress. Guest access You have full access of the house except locked cupboard in lounge room and passageway for cleaners use only. Sheds are also locked so not available. Other things to note • 🚫 Strictly no parties allowed (as per Airbnb policy). • Any breach of this rule will result in police being called. • All guests will be required to leave immediately with no refund. • Additional cleaning fees of $250 will apply if required. • 🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property (in line with Airbnb regulations). • 🔧 Please report any damages during your stay so we can arrange repairs promptly.
