Cosy Corner in the Riverland. Pet friendly!

Family space at our peaceful corner of a beautiful riverland almond orchard. The prettiest view is almond blossom in spring! Some mornings you may see kangaroos, emus or even the local deer going through the orchard. Pets are welcome to enjoy their holidays with family. Pet mattress available. Please be respectful and clean up after them though. Room for boat! Boat ramp 2km away. Central to all the delights of the riverland, everything within 60 minutes Tradies have enjoyed our space as well. The space Proud to be pet 🐕 🐈 friendly! 3 bedrooms. King bed, queen bed and 2 king singles. Portacot available on request. Do note we don’t have linen for the portacot so please bring your own for bubs. Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge-dining area and all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. Roller shutters for added comfort and security Full kitchen with dishwasher. Rain water on filtered tap. Soda stream. Coffee pod machine uses Nespresso pods. Sample supplied only, so bring your own favourite pods to enjoy. Alfresco area out back with lawned area secure and safe for kids and dog to play. Beautiful views of the almond orchard behind us. Doggie door, water and feeding containers and pet mattress. Guest access You have full access of the house except locked cupboard in lounge room and passageway for cleaners use only. Sheds are also locked so not available. There is a space between house and shed where you can park your boat. Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED as per Airbnb policy. Breach of this rule would result in police being called and all guests instructed to leave immediately with no refund. An extra fee will be charged for extra cleaning required. No smoking on any part of property as per Airbnb regulations. Rubbish days are Tuesday so if you leave after a weekend could you please put the bins out on opposite side of road to the house. They only collect on that side. Please report any damages so we can arrange repairs. Thank you we hope you enjoy your stay.
