Just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a stone's throw from the very center of town, this very quiet 16 m² studio apartment will become your cozy little nest for the duration of your stay. Whether it's touristy, gourmet or romantic, you will appreciate the calm as well as the location of our small studio l 'Attrape dreams. 🚨 The Wi-Fi is undergoing maintenance; it is not available at the moment... so the TV cannot be used. Pets are welcome 😀 The space The 15 m2 studio is composed of: * a bedroom area with a real 140 x 200 cm bed * a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker. * a table with stools * A shower room with toilet * Bed and bath linens are provided. * The accommodation is equipped with a TV Box and Wifi available Guest access entire place STUDIO 15 m2 Other things to note The City of Gastronomy and Wine is about a 5-minute walk away. We recommend you go there. The hyper center is also less than five minutes away for shopping, the train station is a two-minute walk away. The HEC is also just around the corner. Access to the CHU or the faculty is easily by tram. For an early check-in or late check-out, I charge 3.5 euros per hour depending on my availability 😄
