Two of the rooms have direct access to the pool, and one boasts a panoramic mountain view from its beautiful balcony, along with a dedicated workspace. The property includes 5 bathrooms, two living rooms—one with a ping pong table—and one of the living areas is like a separate apartment with its own kitchen. The villa is located in one of the most prestigious communities on the North Coast, TERRAMAR, just minutes from Alicia Beach, downtown Sosúa, and a short drive to Cabarete. This exclusive project consists of only 40 villas, all luxury properties. The community also offers 24-hour security, making it a true high-end residential area. One of the features that makes this villa truly unique is its stunning private infinity pool and its beautiful, relaxing jacuzzi. In short, this incredible villa is a true tropical mansion. Guest access Full access to the entire property, except for the technical room and the room to the left of the main living room, which contains personal items. Other things to note Check-In and Check-Out Times: Please note that check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Refills are available for RD$150. • Pool Operation: The pool is on a timer and will automatically turn on and off at scheduled intervals for optimal maintenance.
