Welcome to my conveniently located and newly remodeled 2BR condo in West San Jose! Unit has AC/Heat, 1 dedicated carport, in-unit W/D, and guest parking available first come first serve. Quick drive to Valley Fair+Santana Row (1.5mi). Walkable to Santa Clara Valley Medical. Gym, pool, hot tub are open! Cleaners will disinfect entire unit, steam clean all linens. - Near Hwy 280/880, SJC, Groceries, restaurants - Easy Uber/Doordash - Wifi and Roku TV available The space ****Note: Most recently (November 2022) we just remodeled the kitchen with white cabinets, refinished the bathroom tubs, and changed out shower fixtures! Not to mention, the unit was fully remodeled two years ago in 2020 with new grey floors new tiles installed throughout the unit including dining, living, and bathrooms! New toilets, sinks, mirrors, and vanity lights! New master tub. Most importantly, we added AC! Also, HOA just rebuilt my entire balcony! **CONVENIENTLY LOCATED** We are just off of 280/880! Close Valley Fair Mall & Santana Row. Close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping as well. **THE SPACE** There are only two units on my floor! You walk directly from parking spot up the stairs to my unit. There is no interaction with any other residents. You will also enter the unit through keypad access. You will love to this newly renovated, modern 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with in-unit laundry, balcony, and one dedicated parking spot. You will have access to the whole condo. Full access to club house with pool, hot tub, and gym. Very rare unit that offers great comfort and convenience! Access to the gym, pool, and spa too! ****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers. However, we do not have extra blankets onsite. We have only what we have in the photos. As we have two queen beds, we offer two queen comforters. I personally like the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets, so I want to make sure my guests have that as well. **ABOUT PARKING** Parking is covered parking outdoors under an assigned carport. Parking is right across from our building and easy to find. Other feee guest parkings are around the complex. **Convenient to shops** We are only 1.5mi away to the famous Santana Row! Other things to note You have this place entirely to yourself! The location is also great for travelers visiting the area for pleasure! We are only ~1.5 to Santana Row with great entertainment and restaurants and just ~4mi to Downtown San Jose! Great for both business and pleasure! **Please also be informed about below** - In light of COVID-19, we’ve taken precautionary measures to the best of our abilities. We are using cleaning supplies/disinfectants that’s suggested by EPA. Our cleaners have been instructed to use those products and pay extra attention. We have also instructed our cleaners to pay extra attention to door handles, keypads, door knobs .... etc and make sure they wipe them down during every turnover. - Note that we already change to fresh linens (including duvet covers) between every guest. We also always provide hand soaps inside all the units we host for your hand washing convenience. - All of our toilets have Clorox automatic disinfecting toilet bowl cleaners. - Last but not the least, we've placed a wifi-enabled air purifier in all of our properties which will be turned on in between every guest and kept on until your check-in. We will turn off some point after you've checked-in but feel free to use during your stay.
