Looking for a cozy stop near Port Macqurie! Our caravan offers a comfortable space to sleep, with a living area, bathroom, and 3 bunk beds for luggage and TV. Plus, it's a short walk to a pub and restaurant or cafe. Idea for a break during a drive from Sydney to Brisbane, a business trip, or a student on a work placement in Port Macquarie. The space Our caravan has all the basics covered to make sure you're comfortable whether it's day or night. You'll find a welcome pack with snacks, quick oat sachets, 2-minute soup, and instant noodles waiting for you. Plus, we've got UHT milk, coffee, tea, drinking water, kettles, a toaster, fridge, TV, WiFi, and a microwave. In the bathroom, you'll find towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and others. If needed, there's also a portable torch available Guests have access to our humble backyard garden for relaxation, which we temporarily block off for their exclusive use. Note: - The caravan's hot water is provided through the heating system. The running time is 10-15 minutes at medium pressure. Lower pressure will allow for a longer shower. The next shower will need to wait a bit for the water to heat up again. Thank you for understanding. - The air vent is not operational; just open the cover to let the steam out. She is a good oldie otherwise. - For safety reasons, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using stoves and ovens during their stay. The caravan is situated on private property surrounded by trees and plants, which attract birds and bees. It's a 20-minute drive from the Port Macquarie service center, an 8-minute drive to Wauchope, and a 10-minute drive to Timbertown Center. We have a local pub and cafe nearby, and it's a 5-minute drive to Koree Island River. Port Macquarie is a 30-minute drive away. Guest access You can check in and out on your own. Our little family will do our best not to bother you during your stay, but if you need anything, feel free to let us know. Our place is located in a nice neighborhood in Beechwood. Guests have a separate access from our main house. Convenient parking is available on the side of the property, right next to the caravan and our main house. It's a gravel parking spot. If your car struggles to make it up, you can park on the nature strip. Please be aware that you might hear occasional car noises, sounds from neighboring children, or the laughter of my own kids. Nevertheless, it's still a wonderful spot for a brief stay. Other things to note - The caravan is surrounded by trees and plants that attract bees, wasps and birds. Please be mindfull not too get close to them. - We recommended not leaving shoes out side the caravan. - Please remove shoes while inside the caravan. - For safety purposes, please do not use stove and oven. - Only registered guests are allowed; no unregistered visitors are permitted. - Please include the full name of ALL guests who will be staying when booking.
