The space The apartment is located in a quiet historic building in the city center, with beautiful courtyards and water fountains inside. The parking space, included in the price, is a great advantage as there are great difficulties to park in the city center. The parking is subway and is located in the same building, is monitored by security cameras and has an elevator to reach the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has an elevator. Inside, all rooms have balconies that provide plenty of NATURAL LIGHT, is very cozy, modern and comfortable, and is perfectly conditioned and equipped with everything you need to relax and spend unforgettable days in Seville. It has 2 BEDROOMS, complete BATHROOM, KITCHEN and DINING ROOM. It can accommodate up to 4 PEOPLE (double bed in master bedroom, single bed in junior room, and sofa bed in the living room), and is perfect for families with or without children. It has a dining table with chairs, Smart TV with Internet connection to enjoy your streaming platforms, and a SOFA-BED chaiselonge. The MAIN BEDROOM, has a double bed (double) and a fairly large built-in closet. The KITCHEN is fully equipped. Guest access In the historic center of Seville it is not necessary to use the car as you can easily walk to all places of interest for both tourists and locals. The surroundings of the apartment are full of restaurants, tapas bars, stores and supermarkets. Guests will have access to the ENTIRE APARTMENT. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are available for the use of our guests. The entrance hall of the building, the patios and the stairs are common spaces that our guests will have to share with the rest of the neighborhood. We kindly ask you to be especially respectful of these areas. Other things to note IT IS IMPORTANT TO POINT OUT THAT THE BATHTUB, ALTHOUGH IT HAS A HYDROMASSAGE SYSTEM, IT DOES NOT WORK.
