Neither luxury nor standard, a bit of rarity now and then, but no excess, is what you will discover at our Manoir des Étanges. We have a marvellous park surrounded by small rivers, a pond and chestnut, birch and bamboo trees. The Manoir is located right next to the village square of Croissanville. It was built in the typical Anglo-Norman style in 1860. A real gem that has been freshly renovated with lots of love and an upcycled interior design style. The space The 4-room flat covers 66m2 and offers plenty of space for 4 people. It is located on the 1st floor with separate access and a shared balcony. The two bedrooms facing the park (1x double bed 160×200 and 1x double bed 140×200) are complemented by a bathroom equipped with a shower bath & WC, a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (with oven, 4 induction hobs, coffee machine) and an armchair bed (90×180). The flat has bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels. Free WLAN is available in the house and there is the possibility to use the shared washing machine & dryer for a fee. Guest access You have access to a shared balcony on the 1st floor, as well as access to a 10'000m2 park with a small river and part of an Etang. The entrance area has a large fireplace with sofa corner.
