Stay in a quiet area with walking distance to Boden business park, grocery store, restaurants, gym, health center and bus stop to Boden and Luleå. In winter, a ski trail is drawn on the golf course, from the small house it is ski in ski out location. The space The guesthouse is located in a chain house as part of the host couple's house. The guesthouse has a private entrance via common passage. In the bedroom there is a 160cm continental bed with bed linen. Living room with TV, sofa, kitchenette and dining area for 2 people. Bathroom with shower and WC. Underfloor heating and FTX ventilation Guest access During your stay, you have access to the entire guesthouse. At the back there is a patio overlooking the golf course.
