The space This listing is the Main and upstairs part of the house. The Basement is a separate Airbnb and may be occupied during your stay. The backyard is shared between both upstairs and downstairs Airbnb guests. **if you bring an approved PET, I will let you know if there are guests downstairs and if they have a pet as well. Please be mindful of other guests with your pet** Guest access Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and high-speed WiFi! You will have access to the entire top floor of the house. You will not have access to the garage. Other things to note 🚗 🚙 Your two parking spaces are the driveway. If you have more cars there is on street parking. Please be careful not to block the set of black mailboxes on the street to the right of the house. The brick mailbox in front of the House is not used for mail so feel free to park in front of that. Also be sure to allow the downstairs Airbnb guests room to park on the street in front of the gate on the left side of the house (towards the end of the cul-de-sac). **There is a ring doorbell installed but it is currently non-functional**
