Guest access In addition, you have access to all the common areas of the property, such as your own pool table and a foosball table so you can organize your tournaments and enjoy your favorite games. Other things to note ** Third Party Reception and Terms Acceptance ** In the event that the host guest requests that access to the accommodation be made by a third party on their behalf, such request must be previously authorized by the host and accompanied by the official identification of the person who will receive the property. By authorizing this modality, the owner guest acknowledges and agrees that: 1. The delivery of the property will be considered as made in accordance, in the state it is in at the time of check-in. 2. Any observations, disagreements, or reports must be made immediately upon delivery; otherwise, it will be understood that the listing was received to your satisfaction. 3. The host shall not be held liable for subsequent perceptions, interpretations or non-conformities derived from the experience of the third party who received the property. 4. The owner guest assumes full responsibility for the decisions, conduct and criteria of the designated person to receive the accommodation. 5. Cancellation or refund requests will not proceed when access has been managed through a third party without the presence of the owner guest, except in cases of verifiable non-compliance. This condition is an integral part of the reservation and its acceptance implies express agreement with the foregoing. Forgotten objects Any objects forgotten within the property must be reported by the guest within a maximum of 10 calendar days after checkout. In case of being claimed within this period, we will be happy to coordinate your return, with the guest being responsible for the corresponding shipping or logistics costs. If this period has elapsed, no notification is received or the form of delivery cannot be agreed, the host is not responsible for the preservation, protection or destination of said items. Here are some important details to keep in mind: We always request a government ID to ensure a safe and hassle-free stay. We don't offer refunds for nights already used. The booking price is for 14 people. If you want to have a party or event, you must do so with prior notice and extra payment. If you request a check-in before the official time, you won't be able to cancel the reservation under any circumstances. In addition, no cancellations are allowed on holidays such as Christmas, Holy Week, or Easter. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your dates before booking.
