Fully furnished room in shared hallway. We have a total of 2 rooms in the same corridor. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with the other guest. Separate entrance to the rest of the house. Ideal for an exchange student needing to stay in Stockholm for a few months. Bed linen and towels are provided. Proximity to commuter trains and subway as well as nice nature trails. 10 minutes walk to Spånga city center with all the comforts. Possibility to park for free on the street. The space The rooms are located in our house basement level. We live and stay in the upper part of the house. Guest access The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other tenants. For longer stays we offer access to laundry room. Other things to note We prefer to rent to students for at least 2-3, months, for example during an internship or an Erasmus exchange term. (Maximum 1 year). If you wish to come for a short stay (at least 1 month), we can always review your request according to the desired period.
