Motorcycles only allowed as far as front parking lot. Just 2 blocks from ocean. MUST BE 25 Y/O. Outside only security cameras are in use at this property. WEEKLY rentals only June 1 - Sept 1. Please note that this property is in Ocean Lakes (Gated community). They charge an $10 per day car pass fee in addition to the rental. Note that stated rates are for up to 4 guests. Additional fees apply beyond 4 people.
