[Accommodation Introduction] It is a place where you can feel the mediocre rest of life in the nearest sea photo zone, and it is a place where you can wake up to the sunrise and sunset blazing at dawn. You can enjoy Yangyang Jukdo Beach and Dongsan Port Beach right in front of your eyes, and we will give you a space to make happy memories. [Room Type] One-room type (1 queen bed + 1 toilet) * Bedding is provided according to the number of people booked. * Contactless check-in * High-temperature sterilized bedding provided by professional laundry * Room disinfection. Quarantine * Cooking is allowed. The space [Additional guests] -Additional charge for the number of people: 30,000 KRW for adults, 30,000 KRW for children, 30,000 KRW for infants - 30,000 per person per night if the number of people exceeds the standard including infants and toddlers - Additional charges will be incurred for guests exceeding the standard number of guests, and additional charges for unpaid guests will be paid on the spot. [Precautions] - Only simple cooking is possible in the room. - No food that smells like crabs, steamed fish, pork, etc., and cooking is prohibited. - Please be careful as you may be charged for contamination of stains on bedding and towels in the room. -If you want to check in early or leave late, you will be charged a separate fee according to the operating regulations. (May not be possible depending on the room situation) -All rooms are non-smoking/A fine of 300,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking in the room. - The hotel or host is not responsible for accidents caused by reasons attributable to the customer, such as the negligence of the customer during a hotel stay. - Veranda Shot City is a method window that never opens from the outside. If you go out and close the door, you will not be allowed to enter. - In case of loss of equipment in the room or damage to the facilities, you will be charged. 
 - Please refrain from making loud noises after 10pm, loud drinking, etc. - Please be sure to shake off the sand and enter when using the sand. 
 -When checking out, please organize the basic room and dispose of the garbage in the designated place after separate collection. 
 - We provide washed bedding every time. Please use the bedding just inside the bedroom for a peaceful sleep:) - Please don't forget to set the house temperature to 10 degrees or change the heater to “out” mode when you go out. - To help save energy, please turn off A/C and TV when you go out. [Announcements] - No shoes in the house. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be charged. - Please wash up after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - For the entertainment of our guests, we have some seasonal tools in the house. Please return all accessories to their original place at the end of your stay. - Because the area is surrounded by woods in a rural area, there may be forest insects inside the property, not pests and cockroaches. - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We do everything we can to make sure it is not expired or out of date. However, it is ultimately up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if desired. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If you would like to host an event, please speak with us first. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the event of a situation alerting neighbors, guests will BE asked TO vacate the property immediately. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will BE asked TO vacate the property immediately. - Lastly, because it is an Airbnb community and not a hotel when I stay, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect the property and things) [Parking and Wifi access instructions] - Parking and Wifi are available. - Private parking lot on the 1st to 3rd basement floors: 1 car free parking available Additional facilities may be available depending on the weather and site conditions. Please check the availability before making a reservation as it is not eligible for a refund reason for the inability to use the facilities. Other things to note The host is not responsible for any issues arising from not reading the precautions, so be sure to familiarize yourself with them before booking. Use of facilities inside and outside the room may be difficult to use depending on the room situation. House and amenities - If you plan to check in after 7pm, please call the property contact information that will be sent to you when you complete your reservation. - Additional facilities other than accommodation may not be available depending on the weather or on-site conditions. - Please check the availability of additional facilities through the Airbnb message function before booking. - Additional facilities are additional facilities provided by the accommodation. Therefore, the use of ancillary facilities does not constitute a refund reason.
