The living area has a wall mounted 75” smart television with freesat free to view channels paired with an Audiolab 6000a play integrated streaming amplifier for audiovisual pleasure with either normal Bluetooth pairing or Spotify Connect. The ground floor rooms are all on one level so suitable for disabled living however there is a step up into the main entrance so a travel ramp will be required for wheelchair users (Not provided). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs. A large private 150m2 patio area overlooking the private fenced rear gardens with uninterrupted countryside views. Guest access The property has a shared driveway with the other barn however there are separate private parking areas for each barn and the rear patio and garden is private and exclusive to each property.
