The Yard at Borough Farm

Connect with nature at this memorable barn set within Borough Farm, an 18 acre small holding filled with natural delights and the most friendly of animals. The barn is open plan, with a king sized oak framed bed, dining and seating area, and wc. There is an antique French bateau bath for a blissful soak. Within The Yard, there is kitchen area for you to prepare meals from wonderful locally sourced ingredients. Alternatively bbq in the courtyard outside and enjoy the peace and quiet of Borough. The space The Yard is an open plan studio space with exquisite finishings, echoing the natural feel of Borough Farm, from the oak framed bed you can throw open the french doors and watch the sun rise over Dartmoor national park whilst sipping your morning cuppa listening to the dawn chorus - sheer bliss ! - guests can enjoy their antique bateau bath, and can also add a private sauna experience in the panoramic barrel sauna just meters from your door, or add a private hot tub hire - also situated nearby for a truly romantic wellness experience. Guest access Guests have sole use of the Yard barn, accessed through an enclosed stone walled courtyard. There is a wonderful enclosed garden at the rear of the property with stunning views towards Dartmoor National Park. Guests have the option of booking a private sauna session and/or a private hot tub experience at an add on charge of £20 and £40 for two guests. Other things to note There is free on site parking - EV charging is available. There is very good wi fi - we have installed a starlink wi fi system for your use. One well behaved dog is allowed in the Yard barn, there is a surcharge of £10 per night, £20 for a weekend or £40 for a week long stay. Guests are welcome to book in for a private panoramic sauna experience at £20 per session. Sessions are available for one hour each between 9 am and 8 pm We offer a private hot tub session for our yard guests - the rate is £40 which includes a complete clean and refill with fresh water and the logs required to heat it. Our guests love this experience and the stars at borough farm are magical ! - the hot tub and sauna are bookable year round.
