The patio: chic and quiet 3 bedrooms in town

Enjoy a quiet 3-bedroom apartment in a small, recently renovated 6-unit residence in a chic and natural style, a few minutes' walk from the city center and Les Halles, with a private patio for the apartment, not overlooked. You'll feel at home! The space You will enjoy a beautiful bright room equipped with a 3-seater sofa as well as a flat-screen TV with Freebox. An extendable table for 6 people is available to spend a friendly time during your meals. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully furnished and equipped: induction stove, range hood, combined oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and many cooking utensils to prepare delicious meals. You will then find a bathroom with shower gel at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine and separate toilet. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with firm or semi-firm quality mattresses depending on the choice of the room. The beds are 140 cm. Each bedroom has a dressing room with a closet and blackout curtains. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the patio without facing the neighbors. We provide you with bed linen, towels (bath towels, guest towel, bath mat) and 1 dish towel. A welcome kit is also available upon arrival: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablet, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag, household products. Paid street parking is available Monday to Saturday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm. It's free in the evenings, on Sundays and public holidays. There are free streets a little further away. I will contact you a few days before to give you all the instructions for your arrival. During your stay, I'll be here to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note I remind you that for the peace and quiet of all, it is forbidden to have parties within the residence and the apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed in the residence.
