Tastefully furnished, modern accommodations in the country. The space We are confident we have the newest, nicest, cleanest air b&b in the area at this size and price point. Becuase we live on property we don't allow the option to book instantly. But just send a request with a little about yourself and we will reply and confirm right away. Guest access Guests have access to the carriagehouse apartment above the garage featuring a deck overlooking the middle pasture of the property. There is a small fenced yard area with BBQ grill, fire pit and chairs to relax and enjoy the views. Other things to note Approx 3/8 mile dirt/gravel driveway with some steep sections. 4WD or AWD vehicle required November - March and reccomended at all times. No sports cars or lowered vehicles. This is a ranch property and while it's pretty rare, at times the driveway may be blocked for a few minutes while moving cows or horses. If you are going to be upset because you had to wait a few minutes before you can pull in or out of the driveway while moving or loading animals, please don't book with us. Do not approach or attempt to feed any animals on the property. Cell service is very spotty up here, but we have Starlink Internet that has been reliable with speeds averaging 75mbps. We have a great local market, RV park with convenience store, and liquor store within 5 min of the property. However hours and options are very limited. The closest "normal" shopping options are about 35 min west in Clifton, and 45 min east in Rifle. Plan accordingly.
