Embrace ‘The Art of the Stay.’ Other things to note Of Eleven by Christian Kanienberg Wilmington, DE Acrylic Paint Christian Kanienberg, operating under the name WISH for over two decades, is a proud multidisciplinary artist. Inspired by the native Lenape tribe, Of Eleven incorporates elements such as Lenape-specific beadwork, arrows, clay vessels, turkey feathers, mushrooms, and flowering plants, forming an altar-like homage to both nature and the Indigenous people. The three beaded portions of the antlers symbolize the first three clans, while the title reflects the cultural significance of the number eleven. As of 2024, it's believed that fewer than eleven Munsee-speaking Lenape ancestors remain.
