Rental for 2 nights minimum, large apartment of 68 m2 at the foot of the slopes and hiking trails, close to shops; very bright, crossing; Large sunny balcony/veranda facing West. Refurbished with parquet flooring. 2 independent bedrooms, Large living room and Large kitchen table. Bathroom with bathtub, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron and ironing board; Kitchen with oven, dishwasher. Living room with new sofa bed, TV, decoder, Wifi. Ski room on the private floor. Guest access The entire property is available for use. The apartment is located at Les Glovettes, at the top of the resort. The village of Villard is 4 km away, served by free shuttles every 30 minutes; The chairlift at the bottom of the building leads directly to the ESF park, the meeting point for ski lessons with the French Ski School (ESF). On site at the bottom of the building: 1 supermarket with fresh bread, 3 ski rental stores, 1 bar-restaurant, 1 pizza and roast chicken vendor. Other things to note Rental for 2 nights minimum Weekly rental between February 8 and March 8, 2025. Sheets and towels are not provided. Cleaning is not included. Possibility of renting sheets and towels to be paid on site. Possibility of cleaning package for 60 euros, to be paid on site. For weekly rentals, the 10 a.m. departure time must be respected because other tenants arrive on the same day. For weekend rentals, the departure time can be more flexible. Electricity consumption is monitored by EDF during the stay, with an alert sent to the owner when daily consumption exceeds 60kwh/day (average apartment consumption in winter = 45 kwh/day). In the event of an overrun, consumption will be charged at the current KwH price. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. However, the hot water tank is only sized for 4 people. The showers for 8 people must be very short, to ensure hot water for all.
