Welcome to our cozy ground floor retreat, with a separate entrance and a beautiful green courtyard. Perfect for exploring the Varaita Valley, 30 minutes from Cuneo and an hour from the Langhe. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. There's also a private porch for relaxing outdoors. We provide fans instead of air conditioning. Contact us with any questions or special requests! The space The accommodation is equipped with all amenities, bed linens and clean towels. The kitchen is equipped with electric plates. Dishwasher and oven available. In the bathroom you will find the hairdryer, washing machine and iron. Guest access You can park your cars in the space in front of the house near the tree-lined avenue you will find there. Parking is free. If there are any special needs, we can also provide parking in the inner courtyard of the house. Access to the house is independent from the internal courtyard. Other things to note The accommodation is on the ground floor but access is via a small staircase in the inner courtyard, unfortunately it is not accessible for the disabled.
