Located on the St. John's River, this home is great for large groups or the whole family with lots of room for fun. From docking your boat, to kayaking, to fishing or just relaxing in the backyard on the dock or in the hot tub, there is something for everyone to do. The space *Must notify us if you are wanting to bring a boat so we can accommodate. The St. John’s water level varies during the year. *We have another AirBnb located on the same street just 10 homes away from this one. La Casita can sleep up to 6 people. THE RIVER LODGE The River Lodge is located directly on the St. Johns River. The St. Johns River is the longest river in Florida at 310 miles long and just like the Nile River in Africa, the St. John's River flows North. From the moment you drive up to the home and enter the house, you will feel relaxed with the breathtaking views of the river. Enjoy the views of nature from the dock, soak in the sun in the backyard as well as watch the night sky in the hot tub. The first floor of the home has 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 of the 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is the only bedroom located upstairs. Bathroom #2: Normally shared with Bedrooms 2 & 3 as well as used as the house's guest bathroom. Bathroom is a tub/shower combo with 1 vanity sink & toilet. Bathroom #3: Normally shared with Bedrooms 3 & 4 as well as used as the house's backyard bathroom since it is located near the jacuzzi. Bathroom is a standup shower only with 1 vanity sink & toilet. Guest access As a guest of the River Lodge, you will have use of the entire home, front yard and back yard. If you are bringing a boat/pontoon/jet ski, you will need to let us know prior to booking. If you wish to use the kayaks, we will need an adult over the age of 25 years old to sign the liability waiver to obtain code to unlock kayaks. There is shed on the property that is for owner use only. Thank you! Other things to note The home is less than 20 minutes away from Boombah's Baseball Sports Complex, 1 hour away from Disney, 45 minutes from Universal Studios, 40 minutes to Daytona Beach, 35 minutes to New Smyrna Beach and about 15 minutes to Sanford. We are close to Amtrak's Auto train for those coming from the North East. Whatever adventure or event you would like to do, we are close to it all with being able to come back and rest after the hustle and bustle. We have exterior security cameras to monitor the front and backyard as well as the dock and river. Boaters can access the river via the community boat ramp. Must let us know if you plan on bringing a boat prior to booking your reservation to confirm we can accommodate. Thank you!
