The space 🏡 The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - Large living room integrated with the kitchen - Garage - Super nice wooded backyard - Super cozy decoration and atmosphere . ☕ We provide Household utensils (Dishes - Glasses - Pots - Cutlery, etc.) - Appliances (Blender - Toaster - Coffee maker - Oven) - Dishcloth 🖥️ We provide Wi-Fi (250Mb) - Smart TV (APPS need guest login, including for open channels) - Mini workstation - Ceiling fan in all bedrooms and living room - Security cameras in outdoor areas 🛏️ 1 Double Bed - 4 Single Beds - 2 Sofa Beds - 1 Double Mattress - 4 Single Mattresses – Pillows – Blankets Guest access The house is rented to only one group, and all the premises and environments can be used. Other things to note 🧍 We recommend the house for up to 8 people and accept a maximum of 12 people, including children. Bed and bath🚿 linens are offered for a fee of R$ 40 per person. If you prefer, you can bring yours. Visitors are⛔ not allowed during the day or to stay overnight 🛒 The big commercial area is 5 to 7 minutes by car. Local shops are about 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. It is worth remembering that it is possible in this region, especially on holidays and high season, that there is a lack of electricity/water. The house is prepared to minimize the impacts, but if one of these situations occurs, don't let it get in the way of well-being and fun!!
