Perfect location for a visit to Morecambe Bay and the Lancashire coastline, Kendal and The Lake District, Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales and Blackpool. Hosts live in separate adjoining house. The space The house, on 2 floors, has a living area, dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has a separate downstairs toilet. Central heating operates throughout. The living area comes with reliable wi-fi, TV, mini hifi system and a 3 person settee and single armchair. The kitchen/dining area has excellent natural light through 2 large windows and lovely garden views. It comes equipped with a dining table and 2 chairs, Belfast sink and worktop areas. In addition there is a fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and integrated hi-fi unit (NO COOKER). The table can be used as an office desk if needed and provides a great area for working. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed, blind and curtains. The second bedroom has a quality futon. Should the second bedroom be required PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE. It has wooden Venetian blinds and curtains. The bathroom includes a bath and shower over the bath. Towels will be provided. There is a shared private patio area for guest use with chairs and a small table. Free parking is available at the property on the drive or on the road outside. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the property. The property is on 2 levels so there is no disabled access. Other things to note There is no vaping/smoking in the house. Pets are not allowed. No parties allowed. Guests only on the property - no visitors. Adults only allowed, no guests under 18 (property and grounds is unsuitable for children). 2 guests only per booking. The property is on the hill to the east of the city approaching Williamson Park.
