Charming 3 Bedroom old house on a spacious and private lot. A screened porch for sipping coffee in the morning, stocked kitchen and cozy living room are all waiting for you. Bring your boat! Less than 1 mile away to the boat ramps at Carpenter Park. There is plenty of space for parking on our property. 30 minutes to Pensacola, 40 minutes to Navarre Beach. The space The home comfortably sleeps six with space for four people in the living room. The house has plenty of parking and is accessible by stairs at all entrances. The home being over 60 years old it does have some old quirks like two prong outlets, the squeaks of floors, and some original hardware doors. We hope you love it as much as we do! 3 bedrooms include: 2 Queen beds and 1 Full. The cozy living room has a comfy couch and a relaxing glider chair. You’ll also find a kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking supplies/dinnerware, and an eat-in dining area. You will have unlimited use of the fastest Wi-Fi in the area. The bathroom includes a selection of shampoo, conditioner and body washes. Guest access Single level home with approximately 4-5 stairs up to the porch. Check in will be with a Keyless Entry Pad.
