This new apartment is in the most exclusive neighborhood of Quito. Nearby you will find all kinds of restaurants (high-end to TGIFridays), shopping malls, and many (coffee) bars. It is located in a very safe area, close to public transportation, the park "La Carolina" lastly el Teleferico (15mins taxi ride to the base of the mountain). You’ll love the apartment because of its location, the people, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, travelers, and a small family. The space The 1 bedroom Suite is situated on Finlandia y Suecia (sector la Carolina). The building is 5 years old. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa large enough to use a a bed (210cm long and 80cms wide) and an open plan kitchen to the living area. The apartment fees are for 2 people - any extra person after that is $10pp/pn. It accommodates comfortably 2 people, however you can easily fit 3 people. Children: 1 child under 12 years is free of charge. 2 children under 12 years pay $10 per night. Guest access We will provide you with 1 key to access the building and flat. There is security 24/7 at the entrance of the building (this is usual practice for all exclusive buildings in the area). Other things to note PHOTOS: Panoramic picture is for indication only of the area in which the apartment/building is (most exclusive area in the city). The building is 3 minutes (100mtrs) from this street. The apartment its on the first floor has no panoramic views. All other pics taken are verified by Airbnb. INCLUDED: - Bed Linen & Towels are included. NOT INCLUDED: - Shampoo, soap, cleaning products and/or any kind of food.
