Beautifully remodeled home located right on the lake with private dock and the use of an electric pontoon boat and golf cart. You will love this place! Roku TV in every room even the patio. We have a jacuzzi in the back yard . You won’t want to leave !!! Great value split 6 ways!!! We have a 30 day minimum on the property winter months, summer months are weekly rentals. This is a 55 years and up community one person needs to be 55 of age to rent. Sun city is a very active community there are 8 golf courses and community centers to visit. You will need to purchase guests pass to Participate only $2.50 per day per person. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house, including a two car garage. Also, there’s a golf cart to use as well as electric boat and Jacuzzi. With a guest pass that can be purchased. You will have access to 8 golf courses, five rec centers with access to pools, gyms , spas, bowling alley, and many other arts and crafts options available to Sun City residence.
